Help Bring Local Campaign Events to Life in Oak Park

We’re building a team of Community Event Support Volunteers in Oak Park to help elect Jonathan Wagoner for Congress in 2026, and we’re looking for friendly, organized volunteers who want to be part of something real and local.

As a Community Event Volunteer, you’ll help organize and support town halls, small meet-and-greets, and other community-focused events. Whether you’re welcoming attendees, helping with setup, or ensuring materials are ready, your role is essential to creating an environment where voters feel connected and heard.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with setup and takedown at town halls, meet-and-greets, and community gatherings in Oak Park

• Welcome and check in guests, answer basic questions, and guide attendees

• Distribute flyers, event materials, and sign-in forms

• Help keep events organized, friendly, and efficient

• Represent Jonathan Wagoner’s campaign with a warm, helpful attitude

Who We’re Looking For:

• Oak Park residents who value community involvement and want to be part of the action

• Friendly, dependable volunteers who enjoy making events run smoothly

• People able to assist occasionally on evenings or weekends

• Spanish-speaking volunteers are highly encouraged to apply

• No previous experience necessary—training and support will be provided
