We’re building a team of Community Event Support Volunteers in Port Hueneme to help bring Jonathan Wagoner’s 2026 congressional campaign directly to the community through organized town halls, local meet-and-greets, and neighborhood events.

As an event support volunteer, you’ll play a key role in making sure every gathering is smooth, welcoming, and meaningful for those who attend. Whether you’re setting up chairs, helping with check-in, or passing out materials, you’ll be part of a team that ensures events reflect the campaign’s commitment to unity and accessibility.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with setup and cleanup at town halls, meet-and-greets, and community appearances in Port Hueneme

• Greet and check in guests, answer basic questions, and help with flow

• Distribute flyers, sign-in sheets, and campaign literature

• Be a welcoming presence and support the candidate and team throughout each event

• Help ensure every event leaves a positive impression and fosters real conversation

Who We’re Looking For:

• Port Hueneme residents who want to support local civic engagement

• Friendly, organized individuals who enjoy helping behind the scenes

• People available to volunteer occasionally on evenings or weekends

• Spanish-speaking volunteers are highly encouraged to apply

• No prior experience necessary—we’ll show you exactly what to do
